During my recent stay at Ballium Luxury Relais, I found the housekeeping to be impeccable, ensuring a pristine environment at all times. The laundry service was efficient, catering to all our needs promptly. While the paid shuttle service was convenient, the airport shuttle could be included in the package for enhanced value.The welcome drink was a thoughtful gesture, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The tours and ticket assistance provided added convenience for exploring the surrounding area. The urban setting with garden furniture created a peaceful ambiance, perfect for relaxation.Although the amenities were top-notch, some additional services such as a spa & wellness center or beach access would have elevated the luxury quotient. Nevertheless, the hotel's serene atmosphere and attentive staff made for a delightful experience.Ballium Luxury Relais offers a balance between luxury and value, making it a solid choice for discerning travelers seeking a comfortable and well-maintained retreat in Italy.
